Saiyaara box office collection: Ahaan Panday starrer enters 500 crore club

The film is not only liked by the audience across India, but it has a global impact, and audiences overseas are also loving the newcomers. Even in its third week, Saiyaara continues its monstrous run and now it has officially entered the 500-crore club globally.

With Saiyaara, Mohit Suri hit his first 500 crore worldwide blockbuster and Ahaan-Aneet became the first debutants in the history of Indian cinema to enter the coveted 500 crore club when it comes to worldwide collections! Total overseas collection is now at a monstrous 507 crore gross is 18 days!
Here’s a detailed breakdown of Saiyaara`s box office. In India, the collection stands at Rs 308 Cr NBOC. Internationally, it raked in Rs 131 Cr GBOC (Dollar 15.06 M GBOC). The total sums up to Rs 507 Cr GBOC.
With this collection Saiyaara has surpassed worldwide box office collection of War (475.62) and Dunki (470.60). It is currently the 16th top grossing Bollywood movie globally.
To note, Saiyaara is an unstoppable force at the box office despite the arrival of biggies like Son Of Sardaar 2 and Dhadak 2. Despite delaying the release, Ajay Devgn’s film struggled to get screens. Now, with Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR`s War 2 and Rajinikanth`s Coolie hitting the theatres on Independence Day weekend, it will be worth seeing if the film still sustains in theatres.

Mohit Suri’s film is an intense romance drama that has resonated with youth. It showcases the story of Vaani (played by Aneet Padda), who is heartbroken when her boyfriend Mahesh leaves her just moments before their court wedding. Six months later, she starts working as a journalist at a new office, where she has a dramatic first meeting with Krish (Ahaan Panday). Krish is a young, aspiring singer chasing his dreams. What ensues ahead is an emotional tale of love, heartbreak and grief. The musical drama released in theatres on 18th July and it also features Geeta Agrawal Sharma, Rajesh Kumar, Varun Badola, and Shaad Randhawa in key roles.
