Actor Kartik Aaryan spent Rakhi with his family in Mumbai. The actor came to Instagram on Saturday to share a cute photo of himself with his pet, Katori, seated alongside him. But all eyes were on Kartik`s stunning new tattoo on his right wrist, which depicted a full moon and its various phases.

Although Kartik has not made a personal remark about having the tattoo or what it means to him, the moon phase tattoo combines aesthetic beauty with profound symbolism. When you look attentively, you`ll notice that the tattoo has seven different moon shapes tattooed in the middle, ranging from half moon to full moon.

Kartik captioned the photo with the amusing line, "I love my bhatura more than my brothora."

The meaning of his tattoo

According to Inkbox, the tattoo contains a multitude of embedded meanings. "The moon phases, from new moon to full moon and back, symbolize the passage of time and the cycle of life. Each phase has its own distinct meaning and symbolism. The actress recently tweeted a photo with co-star Sreeleela, announcing that they had completed a big production schedule for their upcoming project. While the film has yet to be officially titled, many assume it will be called Aashiqui 3. Although many elements are still unknown, a rumour from Bollywood Hungama suggests that the untitled film has already set a release date. According to speculations, the film will possibly be released around Christmas this year.
