All you need to know about Jessica Hines, journalist linked to Aamir Khan

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan`s brother, Faissal Khan, has made alarming allegations against him, reigniting previous rumors. At a press conference, Faissal stated that Aamir had an affair with Jessica Hines while still married to his first wife, Reena Dutta. He even said that Aamir and Jessica had a child born out of marriage.

Who is Jessica Hines?

Jessica is well known for her work as a journalist and for publishing the book Looking for the Big B: Bollywood, Bachchan and Me, which investigated Bollywood as a phenomenon through the lens of Amitabh Bachchan`s celebrity. She established herself as an industry watcher by writing extensively on Indian films and culture throughout the years.

About Jessica and Aamir

Reports of Jessica`s alleged relationship with Aamir first made headlines in India in the late 1990s and early 2000s. According to reports, the two grew close after meeting while filming Ghulam (1998).

Although neither Jessica nor Aamir addressed the issue directly, rumours of their relationship and later speculation about her bearing a child remained in gossip columns for years.

The rumours only grew louder over time, and it was widely claimed in numerous media outlets that Jessica had given birth to Aamir`s son, purportedly named Jaan. According to Stardust, despite Aamir`s plea to terminate the pregnancy, she chose to continue the pregnancy. However, these claims were never properly validated.

Faissal attended a news conference on August 18 to address his family`s efforts to demonstrate his mental instability. Faisal also spoke openly about Jaan and Jessica. Faissal stated, "When I was angry with my family, I wrote a letter." They used to tell me I should get married; there was a lot of pressure. I prepared a letter and asked each family member, `What are you?` Nikhat, my sister, was married three times. Aamir was married, divorced Reena, and then had a relationship with Jessica Hines, with whom he has an illegitimate kid. So I included all of that in the letter. "He was living with Kiran at the time."
