Ajit Pawar Plane Clash: Deputy CM, 3 others on board died in Baramati
Maharashtra deputy chief minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar's aircraft crash-landed in Maharashtra's Baramati on Wednesday morning, January 28.
As per reports, Pawar and three other onboard died in the crash.
The incident took place around 9 am.
Preliminary reports suggest the plane ran into trouble during its final approach and crashed on the runway, prompting a temporary suspension of airport operations and delays to both arriving and departing flights.
