Mumbai: SRA has made 22 of its services accessible through online platforms

To reach the citizens and slum dwellers with the services of the slum rehabilitation scheme, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has made its 22 services available online. These services have been made available on the Aaple Sarkar portal.
The process of making 22 services under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act 2015 available online had been underway for a few days. Accordingly, this process has been completed and now 22 services are available online. This includes No Objection Certificates and other services. With 22 services available online, citizens and slum dwellers will be able to avail the services in an easy manner.

Here are 20 services
1) Providing certified copies of rent payment details to the bank account of the slum dwellers
2) Providing certified copies of No Objection Certificate issued in accordance with the proposal
3) To furnish certified copies of Annexure-VI issued in respect of proposals received
4) To furnish certified copies of opinions issued in respect of proposals for land acquisition
5) Provide a certified copy of the order regarding allotment of PAP flats
6) Verify the census receipt of the identity card survey 2000 of the slum dwellers for Brihanmumbai
7) Providing a certified copy of the decision regarding the 3-C proposal
8) Providing possession of the facility, kindergarten, society office
9) Change in use
10) Copy of occupancy certificate, certified copies of approved plans
11) Registration services of cooperative housing societies under slum rehabilitation scheme
12) Services regarding transfer of flats after 5 years of receipt of occupancy certificate
13) Redressal of complaints regarding house rent of slum dwellers
14) Drawing of lots for allotment of flats to slum dwellers
15) Provide a copy of the GIS CD submitted by the developer.
16) Provide a certified copy of the No Objection Certificate issued as per Circular No. 144 and 144.
17) Regarding the succession of an eligible hutment holder in case of death before the allotment of flats after the passing of Annexure-2 on inheritance transfer services
18) To take a decision on Annexure-3 and Annexure-4 submitted by the hutment dwellers as per Government Resolution No. Zhopudha 0810/PR No. 125/14/Zhopus, dated 15th May 2018.
19) To take a decision on Annexure-3 and Annexure-4 submitted by the ineligible hutment dwellers as per Government Resolution No. Zhopudha 0810/PR No. 96/2018/Zhopus, dated 16th May 2019.
20) To issue a certified copy of Annexure-2 to the applicant
