MHADA Lottery 2025: Konkan Board Extends Deadline For 5,285 Flats And 77 Plots In Thane, Vasai Until September 12

The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has extended the last date for submission of online applications for its housing lottery for the second time.
A total of 5,285 flats and 77 residential plots are available for sale under various housing schemes in Thane city and district and Vasai (Palghar district). Applicants can now apply online till September 12. The earlier deadline was till August 28.
The computerised lottery draw will be held on October 9, 2025 at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium in Thane, Konkan Board Chief Officer Revati Gaiker said.
Revision in application and payment deadline
Till August 28, MHADA had received a total of 1.5 applications, out of which 1.16 applicants paid the required amount. As per the revised schedule, the last date for submission of online applications is September 12 at 11:59 pm.
The advance payment can be made online till 11:59 pm on September 13. Alternatively, applicants can also make the payment through RTGS/NEFT through banks till 11:59 pm on September 15.
Eligibility and Applicant Verification Process
Only those applicants who complete all the required documents and make the payment will be considered eligible for the lottery. The draft list of eligible applicants will be published on the official website of MHADA at 6 pm on September 22.
Results will be declared online
Applicants will have an opportunity to submit claims and objections online till 6 pm on September 24. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on October 7 at 6 pm and the names of successful and waitlisted applicants will be available on the website on the day of the lottery, October 9.
