Team Management Satisfied With Shubman Gill’s Recovery Following Hand Injury Scare

Shubman Gill's injury was a precaution, not serious. India's skipper is fine and preparing for Sri Lanka series.

India’s spin bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule has said that skipper Shubman Gill has been fine and didn’t suffer any major injury, adding that he didn’t take the field for the first two days of the three-day warm-up game as a precautionary move.

India’s team management was also satisfied with Gill’s recovery after he was struck on his right hand during a net session on Thursday.
